About
Alo coffee was founded in 2020 and has quickly gained worldwide recognition for its high-quality coffee production, winning first place in the 2021 Ethiopia COE. Alo is committed to promoting Bensa coffee, supporting local smallholder farmers, and fostering communi- ty development. The K72 Washed 74158 comes from the main pro- cessing station. The cherries undergo 72 hours of anaerobic fermen- tation in sealed tanks, followed by depulping and washed fermenta- tion to remove mucilage, then sun dried for 12-14 days.
