Tasting note:Pomelo, Rosemary, Green Tea & Lemon Zest
An exceptional washed Geisha, from the Los Alpes farm and produced with the unique expertise of the Janson Family.
In the cup, its lively acidity combines with a lovely sweetness to offer a harmonious balance.
It features vibrant notes of pomelo, enhanced by a herbaceous touch of rosemary, the delicacy of green tea and the fragrant liveliness of lemon zest.
A clean coffee, ideal for lovers of washed and complex coffees.
Janson Coffee
Janson Coffee – The story of a terroir, a family, a commitment.
Founded in 1926 by Carl Axel Janson, a Swedish immigrant seduced by the volcanic landscapes of Chiriquí, Janson Coffee is today an essential reference for specialty coffee in Panama.
Located on the fertile slopes of the Barú Volcano, the farm has evolved from a small-scale agricultural operation to a family business of excellence, now run by the third generation. Prestigious varieties such as Geisha, Pacamara, Caturra, and Catuai are cultivated here, respecting a sustainable vision that places quality and the environment at the heart of every step. The coffees are grown in traceable microlots, using responsible agricultural practices: the use of solar panels, reforestation, natural soil enrichment, and sustainable water management.
But Janson Coffee is also a deeply human project, which ensures the well-being of its teams through social, educational and medical initiatives.
Between heritage, innovation and sustainability, the Janson family produces Panamanian coffees of purity and aromatic finesse recognized throughout the world.
