Medium roasted with subdued acidity and bitterness, it offers a smooth, approachable mouthfeel with a sweet, ripe aftertaste that lingers long and slowly.

By aging at room temperature for a while after roasting, the umami and aroma develop into an even more mellow and harmonious profile.
