Emílio Raimundo de Faria’s coffee journey started the classic way—side by side with his dad, helping out on the family farm and learning the ropes from a young age. With a bit of encouragement (and a lot of determination), Emílio bought his own land and got to work building Sítio Fazendinha. What began with a dream and 14 hectares of coffee trees is now a thriving farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, known for its dedication to quality and constant innovation.
This coffee is 100% Arara—a standout Brazilian variety that’s compact, productive, and naturally resistant to leaf rust. But we’re here for the flavour: think smooth chocolate, buttery macadamia, and roasted cashew. The beans are dried slowly on patios over 10–15 days, bringing out all those creamy, nutty notes we love.
We’re big fans of coffees like this—ones that feel cozy and comforting, but still have a little something extra going on. Emílio’s hard work and care shines through in every sip, and we’re so excited to share it with you.
