This is our very first born Signature Blend. momos creat this blend inspired by the time when people used to love drinking dark roasted coffee back in the day. We wanted this coffee to be loved by not only coffee-lovers but also people who does not know much of specialty coffee as well. Therefore, our member of roasting department developed the ideas and slightly lower the roasting level to medium-dark in order to expand easy accessibility to everyone.

The tasting note is very simple and easy to access like chocolate, sweet as praline pecan and creamy textures alongs with chocolate aftertastes.
