Coffee has long been intertwined with our culinary culture. Through the Japanese colonial period and liberation era, Brazilian coffees were imported into our country. An article titled Prosperous Import of Brazilian Coffee was even reported in a newspaper on September 21, 1946. momos coffee aims to reinterpret Busan contemporaneously by imagining such influx of coffee beans and the coffee consumed during that time.

We mainly focused on its sweetness and the balance, therefore medium roast is ideal and enough to highlight its nutty richness and lingering smooth sweetness.
