Processing: Washed Varietal (s): Bourbon, Garnica, Costa Rica Roast level: Medium-light (great for espresso or filter methods) A velvety and balanced coffee grown by two groups of smallholder farmers in Veracruz, Mexico. Contributing farmers (18 total) are majority women, and of the Indigenous Nahua community. We’ve featured coffee from this region for three years this time around, gaining more price traceability through new importer and exporter relationships. In the cup we taste caramel, mulling spices, and blood orange.
