Innovative Varietal Development
Working in partnership with Costa Rica's renowned seed bank "CATIE," Agribid Mill conducts systematic varietal trials over approximately three years. Through careful selection and evaluation, they are gradually transitioning to exotic varieties that are perfectly adapted to their local terroir, including SL28, Villa Sarchi, and F1 hybrids.

Orange Typica: A Promising Success
One standout example is their Orange Typica variety. Despite being young trees as of 2022, this cultivar already demonstrates bright, juicy flavor characteristics that have garnered significant acclaim.
